Place the 30 g of cream cheese into a piping bag and snip off a small tip. In a large bowl, combine the herb cream cheese, cream cheese, red onion, grated cheddar, and chopped pickles. Mix until combined. Spread the mixture evenly onto a rectangular board or serving platter. Sprinkle the top with finely chopped chives to create a “green field” effect. Use the piping bag of cream cheese to draw the football pitch markings: the halfway line, center circle, penalty areas, and goals. Scatter the green and black olive halves across the field to resemble players. Place the finished “football field” in the center of a large serving board.
