I was recently stroke coded & diagnosed w/ hemiplegic migraines. Could you provide some education on them? Qulipta was added to my regimen (current: Emgality/Zavzpret) in efforts for the Qulipta &Emgality to work together to lessen migraines & to not require my breakthrough (Zavzpret) as much. Last year, I was diagnosed w/ vestibular migraines, cervicogenic dizziness, &cervical dystonia. Are any of these diagnoses related to hemiplegic migraines?

Ive found that cefaly works for me. I feel like it has help some of the nerve pain and turned it into more of a tingling sensation and if I use it IMMEDIATELY and the migraine had no particular trigger it can stop it.
