@mikegormanmusic: This is a slight departure from the usual post in this series, in that it’s not the opening of a specific song, but could be applied to any piece in the relevant feel - mainly ballad type stuff. It’s an easy but effective intro featuring the common 3 - b3dim - 2 - 5 axis which is then repeated over a dominant pedal.
