Ingredients: * Tortilla wraps * 500 g minced meat * 1 onion * 1 red bell pepper * 2 cloves garlic * 1 tbsp sour cream * Mozzarella cheese * 2–3 sprigs coriander * Salt, black pepper, paprika Sauce: * 50 g butter * 50 g vegetable oil * 1 tbsp tomato paste * Chili pepper Instructions: Blend onion, bell pepper, garlic, and coriander. Squeeze excess liquid and mix with minced meat. Add spices and sour cream, mix well. Trim tortilla edges. Add filling, sprinkle mozzarella, and layer 6–7 times.
