Calculated my accurate calorie deficit lost the weight slowly. 40 lbs in 9 months. Eating at maintenance now and have kept the weight off, changed my eating habits and enjoy being active. Back in my 20s when I did severe diets the weight all came back and I didn’t realize I had a raging ED. You can lose weight healthily babes please don’t think this is the norm!
