I also think fractional work should start shifting to building products to sell… one on one client work hits the ceiling at some point. You’re only one person. That’s what I want to create.

AI was supposed to replace a lot of workers, but I think it will also help support in doing busywork so smaller consultancies are enabled to work focusing more time on their expertise
