thats not how that works i went from a employee thinking this way until i got into management ill tell ya until your super high in management you aint getting shit far as higher management goes they get overworked like cattle often may not even get paid on call forced to do zoom meetings they are over the top stressed unless you are the owner or CEO you dont get anything but extra work extra responsibilities more and more work loads until you quit or drop
