@fixingpain: Pronated, pronate the forearm into the glute — and suddenly the whole lateral line opens up. This is @Alina Bravo 🇨🇱🇩🇪 , a professional bodybuilder, and we're working through the gluteal complex in the prone position using two approaches: First, interlocking the fingers to scoop and twist the gluteus maximus — not kneading, but rotating the tissue to engage the fascial system underneath. Then switching to an elbow or forearm, pronating as you sink in to scoop tissue toward the sacrum. That angle change is everything — it's how you get past the glute max and into the deeper rotators like the piriformis. Once I found it, I was able to trace the release all the way down the lateral fascial line — through the knee and out to the ankle. One muscle. One entry point. One continuous line of tissue that changes how the whole leg feels. #GlutealRelease #LateralLine #AnatomyTrains #MassageTherapy #BodyworkEducation
that felt good looking at. Might also book an appointment to a chiropractor. Sadly not you im a couple continents away

When using your elbow for trigger point therapy on the glute should you grab the leg and internally and externally rotate to get rid of sciatica pain/Tightness or do you do that for every treatment when working lower body or just when the client requests it ?
