Around the clock is a go to in Crystal Lake, Sals pizza in Algonquin or Huntley. Yolk also in Algonquin

Country Donuts is the best. Crystal Lake is a nut free location so if nut/coconut is what you are looking for visit other locations, but if you want nut free this is the place to go!

I will never understand why everyone recommends Portillos. It is mid and expensive. Other than the chocolate cake there is no reason to go there. If you want Beef or Hot Dogs go somewhere else local.

If Elyse manages to read this: please, do not choose Rosati's. Go to Georgio's, Sal's, Mug's, Pinemoor, really anywhere else. Rosati's isn't bad, just not the best to recommend.
