I don’t care about turbulence but I do care about turbulence in my 8.5 hour red eye flight over the Atlantic rocking my out of sleep the entire trip. Literally went maybe 40 minutes total without moderate turbulence.

Apps like this would help me when I was a more nervous flyer but eventually I was able to let go and realize you’ll get where you’re going regardless if there’s turbulence or not. (Crash is so unlikely not worth worrying about and if it did nothing you can do)

Look at airplane wing flex testing, nothing has ever gotten close to what these planes can withstand. Nor has turbulence ever caused a crash. You’re literally just in an air pocket like a marble in jello, it’ll shake but it’s not moving anywhere.
