@jenncon_: You can tell I’ve got opinions on this one 😅 Let me be clear — I’m not anti-protein or anti-fiber. They matter. BUT I don’t think everything needs to be “high protein / high fiber” all the time. Not everything has to be optimized like it’s a science project. And if you want to hit 150g+ protein a day, go for it — seriously, do what works for you 👏🏻 But I also think we need to be honest that for the average person, that can be really hard to maintain… and honestly, stressing over hitting those numbers isn’t always helpful, especially if your goal is weight loss. I had weight loss surgery and as much as I love the protein options I usually just get what protein I need in shakes and unflavored protein powder. I mean if I want a pop tart I’m just gonna eat a pop tart not one with protein those are gross.

the fiber added products must not have hit the market near me yet. I'd actually love that as I'm in need of increasing fiber but I'm a super picky eater. I despise a lot of the naturally high fiber foods and struggle with fiber powder supplements
