This workout focuses on developing shoulder mobility, strength, stability, and control through a combination of mobility drills, static holds, and gymnastics-based conditioning exercises. The goal is not only to improve range of motion, but also to build the strength and coordination needed to use that range effectively. The routine emphasizes scapular control, overhead mobility, shoulder extension, and structural shoulder strength. It can be used as a standalone workout, a warm-up before training, or as supplemental work for handstands, calisthenics, gymnastics, rings, and other overhead activities.
