Genuinely devolving, taking antibiotics can definitely kill beneficial bacteria, but the benefits outweigh the risk. I’d rather lose some good bacteria in my gut than die from a dangerous strain of E. Coli.

I only take antibiotics when it’s severe ngl, antibodies are highly specific due to their binding site only matching with a specific antigen, using a lock key mechanism which means they can’t reform and adjust to affect others however I also am not keen on always relying on antibiotics because it uses less innate immunity reliance which should be stronger considering it’s the body’s first line/mechanism of defense
