I’ve talked to developers about it. It’s main issue is it’s too big to dismantle and too compromised to finish

Yeah I swear everytime I went to Bangkok on vacation, we slept at Lebua a lot. And always got the side which was towards the ghoster tower. My parents told me about it and I swear it scared me all the time. And it was like everytime we went to lebua, I swear I’ve seen figures there.

Thailand has a major realestate problem, under water and not occupied, the banks don't value them correctly, huge financial disaster waiting to hit the economy
