im a locally employed doctor. if this deal goes through i probably will lose my job as it will be converted to training position. but Ittl be that much harder to find a training position as I am an IMG. this is just a bad deal

we are voting on _the offer_ not the DDRB that was agreed months ago. why has the BMA added in the DDRB to their numbers? we have that anyway. also they missed out that the offer actually says locally employed doctors may not have contracts renewed to pay for these job.
