I think if you’re an affiliate for a Wig company they need to stop coming out with the extra codes and just push their affiliate codes. That’s my opinion and I’m not an affiliate for anyone.

I love this because it is so true. Just be yourself and do the best you can. No one has to do a giveaway but even still if someone does, like I decided to do one but it should be fun and from the heart and something that makes me happy and I love to do. 💖 I don't want any of our wig sisters and especially affiliates to ever feel like they should compete. To me we're on the same team. 💖Thank you for being so honest and true to yourself. Thank you also for caring about our wig sister affiliates and being there for her. I hope she feels loved and supported. ❤️

You’re on point with this yes. I’m not affiliate there’s only one brand that I’m working on to get in…. But I have been a customer for over a year and I have met many affiliates some I have clicked with and I supported soooo much but after a while I see the change, the greediness, the selfishness which makes me not want to support. The competition is REAL and it shows

Well said! I get burnt out sometimes. Some days I don’t feel like posting and other days I’ll post 5-6 times a day. I just want to post fun wig videos, not necessarily to make money, although commission is nice.

Completely agree with everything you said! It’s supposed to be fun! I’ve certainly had some not so fun times but for me, being an affiliate has been a good experience. But I do think so much has changed in the almost 2 years that we’ve been affiliates I think it would be so much harder to get started now!

I just became an affiliate for 2 companies recently. I hate competing, and i feel like I have to work that much harder to get my codes used because my account is pretty new and I dont have thousands of followers. Sometimes it feels like I am making content for nothing. But I still enjoy it and I love making wig co tent ❤️

I was in this space about a year ago.. the giveaways got to me but it wasn’t like a $20 gift card, it was like $100gc plus more.. I can’t blame customers on wanting to try to win an amazing gift but financially I can’t keep up with that and of course my sales went down & I felt defeated. Yeah then it feels competitive & I hate that! My personal opinion i think if you do a giveaway, it should be for everyone to have a chance at winning & not just because you used my code. If I choose to do a giveaway, I rarely announce it because I want people to use my code because maybe I’ve helped them somehow or they just want to support me.. Unfortunately giveaways won’t go away & neither will the competition that goes with it but the one thing that changed for me was my own mindset and it doesn’t bother me anymore because my worth isn’t based on my sales & honestly I did that to myself, I had put that pressure on myself. I love being an affiliate & being part of a team but it’s not all rainbows & sunshine ☀️
