she said her ETA when she got in the car was 11:04 - which means traffic was never the reason she was late - she was never going to be on time. If I'm going somewhere new I always check to see how long the drive will take the way ahead of when I may need to leave

As a hairstylist. If you’re late you’re late, that’s on you… not the stylist. No where does it say with our PROFESSIONAL LICENSE that we are required to continue a service. Unless we are comfortable completing the appointment in the time slot that you booked. We have the right to say NO!
