They will give you their own colors and quality and expect you to consider and take it like . I feel the real owner was the one that started and has left the business for someone else cos the first productions for my other brand was perfect and that was over 5 /6years ago but currently its bad

I completely believe you because I’ve been there. I was so patient with these people. No matter how many times they disappointed me or made mistakes, I kept giving them another chance, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they never did. I eventually hit my limit sometime around late 2023/2024 and decided I couldn’t deal with it anymore. What disappointed me the most was that I reached out to express my concerns about my experience,not for the first time and I never even received a response. Seeing someone else share a similar experience years later is honestly validating. customer service was poor, the quality was inconsistent, and dealing with them got incredibly frustrating.

This brand needs to work on themselves,they disappointed big time and a small brand saved my open day ,fixed a whole background signage within 24 hours ,same thing they had over 2 weeks to do,I left the item for them to use
