Sooo....how much is too much?. Without information in terms of hours and heartrates say, per week, this is just a nice story to listen to. "Listen to your body".... is just a meaningless platitue, imo.

Your heart has a limit….its allotted a number of beats. You can rush to this expiry date or take your time and live longer. Just look after your diet and play tennis.

Very helpful, thank you. My EKG in Portugal showed an incomplete block and echo “hypertensive cardiomyopathy “. The cardiologist said I had a young athlete heart. I played baseball at U. Miami and completed 3 marathons but am by no means an endurance athlete. Stress test better than my age would expect. Was told to keep my HR under 130-135. I have no issue when my HR gets to 155, I am 70. This video helped me understand much better. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing this. What is considered excessive and how can we know if something we are doing too much. Like.. I do incline walk about 6 times a week. Machine says I am burning about 720-950 calories. I feel great and hit sauna about 4-5 times a week. If I have slight pain I take a day off…
