No wonder Yuta came back so strong after eating this in Africa with Miquel after the events of the JJK 0 Recipe - 2lb chuck roast cut into bite sized chunks - 32oz beef stock - 1 tube tomato paste - 3-4 tomatoes - 1-2 carrots - 2 gold potatoes - 1 tbsp smoked paprika - 1 tbsp garlic and onion powder - cayenne to taste - not traditional but I added Harissa for some Smokey heat - salt and pepper Chapati recipe - 1/2 cup whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup flour - 1/4 cup melted ghee - big pinch of salt - 1/3-1/2 cup warm water Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Knead on a flowered surface for about 10 minutes or 5 min in a stand mixer. Let rest covered for 30 minutes. Divide into 4 equal portions. On a floured surface roll each portion out into a tortilla like thickness and shape.
