this is ridiculous. 1 or 2 years to handle a stalking case who's paying for all this money? the taxpayers that's why the system's slightly skewed. it shouldn't take that long to resolve this case. the facts are pretty easy. the officer and anyone else involved that's keeping this case alive should be held accountable for all the cost

every time there's a false arrest and a police officer abuses authority and infringes on a citizen's rights. the officer needs to be held accountable for all the court costs. all the lawyer fees all the time off. this guy took out of work because he got arrested everything. you have one job to do and that's filed by the law. just like the rest of us, you can't twist and manipulate the law for your own personal agenda
