It’s literally big box corporations city. There’s no mom and Pop restaurants, grocery stores or anything that isn’t owned by the billionaires. There’s no individuality there whatsoever.

While Viera West continues to grow and residents enjoy the convenience of using golf carts to access shops, restaurants, and community amenities, Viera East residents do not have equal access. Without a golf cart overpass or tunnel, we remain separated from many of the amenities available just across I-95. As new developments are planned and inclusiveness is promoted for all residents, safe and accessible connections should be part of that vision. Viera East residents should not be forgotten. Equal access and connectivity matter for everyone, including those who rely on mobility accommodations.
