Ibn does not mean son, the word walad means son. Ibn means a pillar or temple a construction.

It’s not as clear cut as you’re making it sound. In the Jerusalem Talmud Moed Katan there’s a narration about Rabbi Eliezer haGadol where he is accused of heretical beliefs and some of what’s attributed to him involves elevating figures in ways that go beyond strict monotheism. The point isn’t that mainstream Judaism teaches Ezra is the son of God, but that within Jewish history there were fringe views and individuals who crossed theological lines. The Quran can easily be referring to a specific group or claim that existed at the time, not every Jew everywhere. So calling it a historical error just assumes uniform belief when history itself shows it wasn’t always uniform.

Ezra isnt worshipped by the mainstream jews, but he was worshipped by localized jewish sects that got divided by the kingdoms. They went astray and worshipped idols. This is what is mentioned

My man, good job. I have another for you to use. quran 5:116, And ˹on Judgment Day˺ Allah will say, “O Jesus, son of Mary! Did you ever ask the people to worship you and your mother as gods besides Allah?” He will answer, “Glory be to You! How could I ever say what I had no right to say? If I had said such a thing, you would have certainly known it. You know what is ˹hidden˺ within me, but I do not know what is within You. Indeed, You ˹alone˺ are the Knower of all unseen. Why did Allah and Jesus confuse themselves about the Trinity and think it was Allah, Jesus, and Mary? It's talking about the Trinity, but the Quran gets the Trinity wrong.
