You can record in public spaces, but the least you can do is if someone says i don’t want to be on camera, at least try not to get them in the frame. And you did that until she came to you with a you gotta leave and you said shhhh lol 😂. If I said “hi, you can record but please try not to get me in the frame” that is a respectful way to ask and hopefully you would try to keep me out the frame yk? It would be disrespectful to the person if you purposely put the camera on the person after I said a kind sentence like that. Not against the law but kindness goes a long way yk? The other person could just walk away, stand somewhere else or turn around if you didn’t respect their wishes. It’s not illegal but it would suck.
