the BEST high protein brownies I've tried so far!! these are the ultimate high-protein desserts (or breakfast... like me!!) All recipes were baked at 160C for 16 to 18 minutes. If your mixture has heavy ingredients and is runny, it will need 18. If there is more of a thick batter to your mix, do 16. Typically at 16, if the mix is runny, it comes out a bit wet still.
