@karina_na_more: Our body is not just a collection of separate muscles. It’s one connected system where everything works together: breathing, muscles, fascia, blood circulation, lymphatic flow, and venous return. That’s why we don’t focus only on the “problem area.” We work with the key zones that influence the entire body. We activate the calves — our second pump. The calf muscles help move venous blood upward, supporting its return back to the heart. When we sit for hours, stand for long periods, or don’t move enough, this system becomes less active. That’s when we may start feeling heaviness, swelling, and fatigue in the legs. We work with the pelvis. The pelvis is one of the body’s main centers of movement. Major blood vessels, lymphatic pathways, and many muscular and fascial connections pass through this area. Limited mobility, prolonged sitting, and tension can affect the natural movement of fluids in the body. And we often notice it as heaviness in the lower body, changes in body volume, or a feeling of stagnation. We restore mobility to the rib cage. Because breathing is not only about the lungs. The diaphragm is our main breathing muscle. When the ribs are restricted and the rib cage loses mobility, the diaphragm cannot work as efficiently. Its movement naturally changes pressure inside the body, gently massages the internal organs, and supports healthy venous and lymphatic flow. And of course, we open the shoulders, shoulder blades, and collarbone area. When we constantly slouch and the shoulders roll forward, tissues in this area lose mobility. This is an important region where the lymphatic system returns fluid back into the bloodstream. That’s why these 5 movements are so simple, but so powerful. We are not just chasing symptoms — we are bringing movement back to the body. But if you want more, if you are ready not just to do a few exercises, but to truly reconnect with your body — I invite you to join my Marathon 4.0.
