Cheers! 2 oz Alizé Grape @Alizé 1 oz lime juice 0.75 oz grape syrup Sparkling water to top Sugar and lime zest for rimming Grapes, lime wheel and mint sprig garnish Method: Add Alizé Grape, lime juice and grape syrup to a shaker and shake with ice for 15 seconds. Rim glass by running a lime wedge over the rim and rolling into sugar/lime zest mixture. Strain contents of shaker into glass, top with sparkling water, garnish and enjoy! Grape syrup: Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a pot over low/medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add 1 cup black grapes and muddle to release juices. Optionally, add a bit of purple food dye to brighten the color. Simmer until thickened, about 20 minutes.
