this is literally how I fixed mine! I also bought a bamboo mat and slept on the floor for 30 days... my glutes even grew and my tummy is super flat now. also do pelvic floss or exercises

The odds of somebody seeing this in the comment section are slim but I’ll give it a go anyway. Anterior pelvic tilt is a major issue for competitive riders and people competing with horses. It affects your posture and position in the saddle majorly and is a huge no no. One of the first things we learn to correct it and engage our seat bones is how to “lift” your belly button. Imagine your navel is attached to the front of your bra between the cups with a string. Shoulders back, tits out, open your chest, the lift your navel closer to your bra to lessen the tension on the imaginary string. This will roll your butt/seat bones underneath you where they should be. Which is the exact opposite of anterior tilt. Then concentrate on holding that position. Almost like a dog tucking their tail motion but not as drastic. You will know when you’ve done it because your entire core will engage. Holding that position is insanely good for core strength. It “sucks” your stomach in just by properly engaging your core and eliminates rib flare. Remember to keep your shoulders back/chest open. Don’t collapse inward. Practice holding that position for 5 minutes a piece several times a day. It also relieves sacral pressure in your back and brings your spine into the neutral position. Hope this helps. 🫶🏼

Deep core work outs will correct it so fast too - at least for me it was bad and had such bad lower back pain I couldn’t even lay flat on my back like that 😭😭 I’ll do deep core hold type things when I’m on walks and now and it’s corrected it a lot so fast

Ugh I’ve been working on it forever and I feel like nothing helps. I lay on the floor and press my back down, I’m mindful of posture while walking and adjust throughout the day. The second my mind wanders I’m back to tilting, even at night when im sleeping

I had anterior pelvic tilt and what ppl don’t realize is that when you finally fox it you can build your glutes stronger, have more flexibility in the hips, and have more flexibility in the back. It impedes so much

I have found intentionally putting the weight on your heels when you walk, helps align your gait which in turns help the tilt. I been struggling for years. My dip in my back is so deep ppl think I am thick but I am NOT. 😩😂
