A lil secret. if you have a heating pad or thermal heating pad. Put it on whatever area that you trying to get together for 10 or 15 minutes. Put that cryo thermal on massage really good for 5 minutes and what how good it really works. But everyone is different. I also stop with the junk food and soda. Thats why its probably working good for me
