Fill in the canal? It was dug out for shipping vessels. By having the canal it saves ships roughly 200 miles so they don’t have to go all the way around. It doesn’t help when RT.3 and 495 and both bridges are two lanes in and out. Build two new bridges with 4 lanes in and 4 lanes out. Add 2 lanes to each highway to accommodate the amount of cars. These bridges and highways were designed in 1935 and it has not changed since!!

My concern is the water table is disappearing on Cape Cod. It’s soon there will not be enough water for us to drink. There’s literal ponds that have dried up.
