Im getting a used fmf gold series soon and im thinking of polishing it. Someone said to clearcoat it with heatproof coat and it wont rust. But do gold series rust?

steel wool and wd40 to get the rust off them as long as u keep it oiled after a wash it'll stay mint

Just spray Wurth ultra 2040 on it as well as over the engine etc too, it’s what we use for Sprintcar chassis etc so they don’t rusty and saves having to powder coat etc I also use it on my mx bike, it’s a water displacer too and keeps plastics clean and shiny too.
