@tressagarciaaa: Buttery Lemon pepper Skewers✨🍗are so easy & fun! #chickenrecipes #CookingHacks #quickmeals #foodinspo #easycooking Recipe: * 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces * 2 tbsp olive oil * Juice of 1 lemon * 2 tbsp minced garlic * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp garlic powder * 1 tsp paprika * 1–2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning Lemon Butter Sauce * 1 stick (½ cup) softened butter * Juice of 1 lemon * 2–3 garlic cloves, minced * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp paprika * 1–2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning * 2 tbsp parsley, chopped Lemon Garlic Sauce * ½ cup Greek yogurt * 2 garlic cloves, minced * ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped * Juice of ½ lemon * 1 tbsp prepared lemon butter sauce Instructions 1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated. 2. Thread the chicken onto skewers. 3. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes. 4. Flip the skewers and air fry for 10 more minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F internally and is lightly browned. 5. While the chicken cooks, make the lemon butter sauce by mixing together the softened butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, parsley, and lemon pepper seasoning. 6. In a separate bowl, make the lemon garlic sauce by combining the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of the prepared lemon butter sauce. Stir until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve. 7. As soon as the skewers come out of the air fryer, generously brush them with the lemon butter sauce. 8. Serve warm with the lemon garlic sauce for dipping. I served ours over rice, & a side of avocado enjoy 😊
