Not gonna lie, I was waiting for the front view too 😭 because the back can look amazing and then the front has its own plans. Heatless curls are always a gamble but when they work, they WORK. Around the same time I was struggling with cravings, low energy and feeling completely stuck. Then a friend recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. I ended up losing 29 lbs, my digestion improved and my energy became way more consistent. My favourite one. Crazy how hidden this kind of information seems to be.
