THANK YOU!!!!!! Tbh I still love the film, & still do think it’s the best mcu film in post endgame, still loved Guardians 3 tho. Like you said sure it has nostalgia & cameos but they actually serve a purpose & are part of the story. Deadpool & Wolverine was the opposite.

It is still incredible to me. Yes its visuals are awful, but it’s a really good movie and handled Peter Parker incredibly well. The last hour/hour and a half is the best stretch of Spider-Man ever.

Yeah I agree although I do think the doctor strange segment is a bit wonky, honestly if the film didn’t look grey and ugly for most of the time and had a better director who had a better visual style it would have been great, it’s always been slightly missed potential even tho its my favourite of the Holland movies

I think the fourth one will be pretty good, but I think people going back and acting like the three originals are bad as if they were not begging for those types of movies is really weird and distracting.

Definitely got its issues like some of the visuals and the intros of Garfield and Maguire dont quite work at home because its like they put in a pause break but its got a lot of great stuff! Whole finale is so much fun

I rewatched it yesterday… it’s a good movie but Peter is such a dumbass for a lot of the movie it’s kind of frustrating. It has some fantastic stuff and the ending is masterful though.
