my boss just made Friday's free breakfast day. always good stuff too. none of that fastfood breakfast. most of the time cooked on site. with fresh ground coffee. everyone showed up without the mental games of moving pay day aound. just come out your pocket once a week, show up early , to show your employees you care.

probably because after a few phone calls I can secure a specialist electrical contract somewhere like Atlantic City, room and board paid for, great hourly plus per diem, etc etc. home 10 days later. kick my feet up for a month and repeat
