Milk and Cookie Popsicles Recipe Yields: 12 Popsicles 2 cups of local 2% milk ⅔ cup of local heavy cream ¼ cup of sugar 2 tsp of vanilla extract 12 crushed chocolate chip cookies Whisk together milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Place crushed cookies in half of the popsicle mold. Pour in the milk mixture half way. Top with more crushed chocolate chip cookies, and remaining milk. Cover and insert sticks into mold. Freeze for at least 6 hours; overnight is best. Keep at room temperature for a few minutes and gently pull out. #inspiredbydairy #ad
