👏 Even if you don’t consciously feel highly stressed, that heightened state can still show up through physical stress responses such as jaw clenching, changes in eating (over- or under-eating), poor sleep, clenching your hands during sleep, or headaches, as well as muscle tension in the neck and shoulders, teeth grinding, fatigue, brain fog, poor concentration, and restless behaviour—especially if none of these weren’t present before the relationship.🙏

Not only are we trying to figure out what’s happening. We’re also trying to make sense of their behavior versus ours and we end up blaming ourselves all the time, even when we aren’t to blame because of all the gaslighting.

I had never felt so humiliated and worthless in my life. In that moment of being in a narc relationship, I start realized that my husband’s behavior was not normal. I knew I needed to leave the relationship, but I was afraid of what might happen if I tried.
Over time, I started paying closer attention and trusting my instincts. Eventually, I discovered the truth — my husband had been hiding a relationship from me for a long time. With the help of @Cyberclone on Tiktok I was able to gain clarity of him cheating on me .
That realization gave me the strength and clarity I needed to walk away. It wasn’t easy, but choosing myself was the best decision I could have made.
If you’re in a similar situation, trust your feelings and don’t ignore the signs. You deserve honesty, respect, and peace of mind.
