It’s helpful to put my phone in a different room. If someone needs me they’ll call and it’ll go through my watch. Having my phone in reach is such a distraction to me.

Girl yes! Work fulltime from home have two kids one special needs and bed bound so trying to care for him work constantly taking phone calls from drs and pharmacy’s and so over stimulated all the time! I’m always so tired and I know my house needs cleaned and organized but I literally never kno where to start or I try and my little one pulls everything back out so I just stop. I need to figure it out lol bc so tired of a messy house.
