OHSA covers a lot. No telling if the open one had anything to do with it and what stage it was in. The real question is, how many priors, if any, and what those related to.

Listen people… All warehouse sprinkler systems are TURNED OFF by the owners to protect their inventory from water damage. They only turn them on ONCE a year when CalOsha comes out to do inspections!!!
