Crib right by my bed so he’s in a routine of sleeping on his own & still right there to be comforted & know I’m here while not risking accidentally hurting my baby. 🤷🏻♀️

due in December and not educated on co sleeping? does this mean sleeping in the same room/bed as your baby? or just having their bassinet/cradle next to your bed?

bed side bassinet is much safer than co sleeping (it also has the exact same effects of co sleeping), then putting the crib next to ur bed once they transition out of a bassinet up until they’re first birthday, then u slowly start transitioning them to their own room 🤷🏻♀️

We co slept until we got a new bed and she kept trying to crawl off of it when she’d wake up 😭 and was waking up sooo sweaty bc her dad naturally runs really hot so we had no choice but to transition to the crib and now she refuses co-sleeping 😭💔

Did one contact nap in my bed at 2 weeks and now she turns 1 next week and she’s still in my bed❤️I love my girl (and yes we follow safe sleep 7 at night, during the day she will sometimes have things on the bed if I’m actively awake and watching her)

I co-slept both my daughters it was better for me I was able too monitor their breathing and movements I tried too let my oldest sleep by herself but didn’t get no sleep because I was always there with a flash light making sure her stomach is moving
