This has happened in 4 communities so far.the botanist community, the astrological community and the booktok community. My brother is an attorney , and he said that he looked up at the trademark and that it is very shaky that it wasn’t just smoothly accepted, and that it was also rushed to be trademarked. In the other communities I referenced above, they all signed a petition and got the trademarks reversed. That is all that has to be done in this case. She should’ve left well enough alone and let everybody continue to use the phrase because now she’s gonna lose her entire trademark. I’m calling it now.

Well based on recent trademark law cases around here (we can literally look at hot girls read). And the status of some of the trademarks she has filed, there is a chance that if we as an internet get together and find historical examples of printed apparel, or use cases (ie. tik toks, common phrase, ect.) pre-dating the trademark, it is possible to have the 5 pending trademarks stopped and even possibly the other 5 registered ones canceled. I have heard the phrase hot girls walk forever
