I got pulled over for the first time ever a couple of months ago. I was *terrified* and actually shaking. He let me go with a warning (I think it was too cold outside tbh) and I haven’t driven since.

I think you should have a conversation with your daughter that there is evil within every career field. There can be evil within the medical career field. There can be evil within school career fields, but that does not mean they are all evil. Inform your children, but don’t scare them. If you only talk about the evil, then should there ever be a time she has to get help from an officer because a crime was committed against her or she was in an accident or whatever she’s not gonna be able to do so, because the only thing you instilled was fear.

Not only was I not scared when I got pulled over, I let the officer know that I didn't have anything in the car and he told me he didn't think I did. It's heart breaking that is not the experience for everyone else.
