I was never afraid of water before I bought a house. In fact, I enjoyed listening to a creek flowing or rain. Now...now I am scared of hearing the slightest sound of water in my house.

To everyone looking at buying a house, our realtor recommended that we work a 2 year home warranty plan into our sale. The seller accepted and paid for it. Now when an appliance breaks, I submit a claim and pay 100 dollars and they'll come out and fix it. if they can't fix it, they'll replace it. They're installing a new dishwasher for me.

Yes but I’m also so tired of being quoted wrong… carpet replacement, toilet replacement, vanity replacement… all quoted. Then workers show up and boom let’s just add $2-300 to our original quote 😡
