in the beginning custom check can take up to 2.5 mths. there were frequent such checks.now no more .for ur context I'm w pdd for more than a yr or two. mayb ur item was rlly damaged dunno what u bot. so far my items were ok. some were lost interstate in china. so u hv to monitor. check w seller once u think it's taking longer than usual no movement etc.

I feel lucky because I've never had any problems with Pinduoduo. The items always arrive exactly as shown in the pictures, and the prices are incredibly cheap. Yes, shipping takes longer, but that's understandable because they have so many customers. What do you expect? Even when ordering items within Malaysia, it can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive.

I have stuffs still stuck in China after 1 month. The shipping co claimed it’s due to custom check. 1 month ok. They think we stupid. I asked for the vessel number they claimed they have no details., crappy!
