Dietitian here! If your iron deficiency is severe try iron bisglycinate!! It’s very gentle on the stomach and has higher amounts of elemental iron compared to Floradix. Floradix works best for maintaining iron levels or mild anemia. I recommend Throne Iron Bisglycinate it’s soo good!!
