Never use isopropyl, wash with dawn soap detergent and hot water, then dry with paper towel, keep fingers off the surface

This might sound dumb but what is the flexible mat-like thing you had your project on? My build plate is pretty solid. Is that something that goes ontop of a build plate?

My prints are sticking so much that I almost always break them while getting it how. I washed the plate with dish soap, made sure to not touch it with my bare hands anymore but still nothing changes. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I use pure alcohol and every 3 or 4 days a good wash with soap and water. no problems
