Season salmon and cook in olive oil for 5–8 minutes. Remove and set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan. Add mushrooms and cook until golden. Stir in cream and mix well. Return salmon to the pan and gently flake into the sauce. Add parsley. Drain pasta and toss into the sauce until fully coated. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately.
