yall it also depends on wear they get your new acl from meaning if they take from the hamstring making it a longer process or the platella which hurts more but is stronger

Congrats… I’ve gone through meniscus surgery and cyst removal…I’ve been walking but the hardest part is keeping the swelling down. I’m not understanding why I keep having swelling in my knee. Once it starts swelling then I feel like it’s a peg leg situation. I do all the exercises that was given to me along with aqua therapy. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated from anyone 🙏🏽.

Watching from day 8 post ACL & meniscus surgery..my surgeon said non-weight bearing post op is July 9th & then my PT will be scheduled 😣😩

How??? I'm 4 months post-op and thankfully i am off crutches but walking is still akward. Yes I'm doing PT and biking at the gym. I still walk funny & slow. stairs are my enemy

You gotta specify what they’ve done to your meniscus if it’s removal or repair. The timelines are very different.

:)Hay sweet heart ima ask you some questions bc I have to get surgery done on my knee and I just wanna know what to expect and what pin I’ll be in bc I don’t want to get there and be scared bc thay day it’s very painful and it hurts really bad so if you see this coming or even if someone else had knee surgery it will mean so much if you can text me or reply to my comment just so I know what to expect before I get it done that you all so much
