Dad did a follow up video explaining the situation. Woman in red is store manager who showed empathy and assisted when man began to behave poorly to the dad. He did a brilliant job at handling himself and the situation to ensure his daughters felt safe.

The woman that was there was a worker that was helping the Dad. But, as the Dad, I would’ve asked that woman helper to block the door so that he could get his little girls safely in, and out of the bathroom.

The dad took his girls to a bathroom and made sure they were safe! As an older woman I would not have a problem and wait till he had them out safely and cared for and then used the washroom myself!
