I literally go from hysterical sobbing to laughing like it was nothing to yawning and wanting to move on, it's so quick and each phase feels so permanent

Idk if my therapist noticed me dissociating In session cuz I kind of just stared blankly ahead for a while and then scrambled to say something but she didn’t say anything about it soo
